custom burn barrell
Custom built burn barrel! 55g barrel cut down to size, legs to keep the body of the burn barrel off of the ground and a lid with a handle to help prevent rust issues. Interior grate to keep firewood off of the bottom of the barrel and air holes all the way around the bottom to help keep air flow and maintain a strong fire. Two handles on the body of the barrel itself for easy moving around the yard and flat bar bent around the circumference of the barrel to help with structure. Ready for years of backyard bonfires!
Gator bed repair and electric dump cylinder install
This customer had a John Deere Gator with a bed that had some serious rust issues, we plated the entire floor of the bed and added some flatbar to help with the structural integrity of the bed. Once that was complete we removed the old spring assist dump system and added an electric actuator and ran wiring to a switch on the dash so this bed will now dump 600lbs+ out of the bed with a single push of a button.
Frame Rust Repair
This Jeep Wrangler had some severe frame rot down the entire frame rail on between the axles. We removed the rotten areas, blew out and cleaned the frame rails, and prepped the areas for repair. Thanks to our friends at RustBuster, we got two slip over frame sections specifically made and designed for this Jeep. We welded the new repair sections onto the existing frame after it was cleaned, primed the work area and painted with a rust preventative paint. Now this Jeep is safe and ready to ride again!
dump trailer leaf vac mount
This customer wanted their leaf vac mounted on the door of the dump trailer while still allowing the door to swing open to utilize the dump action of the bed as if the leaf vac wasn’t there. We knew the door couldn’t handle the weight of the added piece of equipment, so we added 2 more heavy duty hinges and reinforced the main structure of the door itself. Once the door was strong enough, we fabricated a custom bracket for the leaf vac to be attached to and put two receiver tubes on the door so the mount could be slid on and off the door when it’s not in use in the off season.
utility trailer overhaul
This Utility trailer came in for a new deck and left with much more! The customer had patched the rotten wood deck to get by, but knew it was time for some new deck boards. We ripped out the old rotten deck boards, prepped the frame, and painted the frame with a rust preventative paint. While we had the boards out, we did an inspection of the entire trailer. All the running gear was in great shape, but the electrical wiring for the taillights had a few areas of wear and tear from use over the years. We ended up rewiring the entire trailer from the 4-way plug to the taillights and rerouted the wiring so it would be better protected from damage going forward. Installed some fresh salt treated deck boards with carriage bolts for added strength over the factory screws, and this one is ready for years and years of use!
